Coronavirus

Vaccination is the most important thing you can do to protect your community against serious illnesses. When enough people get vaccinated, it’s harder for a disease to spread to those who can’t have vaccines. We know many people are interested in the COVID-19 vaccination and want to assure you that we are working through a priority list set by the Department of Health. Please do not contact your GP about getting the vaccine. We will contact patients in order of priority

As this pandemic unfolds over the next few weeks, it is important that we all do our part to slow the transmission from person to person. This will ease the increased burden on our hospitals and optimise the outcome for the minority of people who are affected more severely by this infection. Our Practice will be providing normal health care and advice as far as possible but we would implore everyone to avoid coming to the Health Centre without a prearranged appointment. For more information about Covid-19 please see the PHA site HERE

Our appointment system has changed

We are pleased to announce we have now fully launched our new appointment system.

You can now request to speak to or see your GP online, by telephone or in person.

Our online askmyGP service is a convenient way to get advice or arrange to speak to or see your GP for non-urgent matters. It gives the option for you to answer clinically relevant questions, your request and responses will then be available to the GP in a confidential report to help them deal with your request appropriately. You can submit your online request at any time day or night however if submitted outside askmyGP hours you can expect a response the following working day.

For further details visit our appointments page.
