Telephone Consultations

Doctors no longer accept telephone calls directly except in an emergency. However for patients who wish to speak to a GP, this can be arranged in the morning. Requests for telephone consultations must me made before 10:00 am. Only emergency requests will be accepted after this time, at the discretion of the doctor.

The out of hours service is provided by NDA GP OOH (North Down and Ards GP Out of Hours).
This service is the responsibility of HSCNI.
It is an emergency service- non-urgent problems should be dealt with during normal surgery hours.
