It is possible to order repeat prescriptions on line by following the link below. In order to do this it is necessary to apply at the surgery in person. Upon verification of your identity you will be supplied with the necessary information to register for the service.
Repeat prescriptions can also be ordered using our dedicated repeat prescription line on 02842 444962. This can aslo be accessed when phoning our main Surgery number by selecting option 1.
You may also order your prescriptions by dropping your request into the post box in reception or by sending it by post, if you prefer.
